Undercover Operatives are an excellent option for resolving a multitude of potential problems in key areas of the work place. the undercover operative offers eyes and ears on the work floor, providing none prejudice valuable data, which may otherwise be over looked and or where suited ignored. Whilst The undercover operative is mostly associated in detecting theft, because of increased pressures placed on employers over recent years, whilst operational the undercover operative also provides valuable information on staff performance, productivity, systems and procedures, offering pragmatic advice on all key areas surrounding cost effectiveness where productivity is being affected, identifying and highlighting any weaknesses in operational systems, procedures and controls. When operations are up and running, communication is maintained at all practical times on a daily bases between the operative and his Handler. Should information come to light which is important and requires immediate attention , contact is immediately made with the client. In any instance, contact will be maintained with the client on a weekly basis to provide up date progress reports. At the end of each working week the operatives report is prepared which is then forwarded to the client within three working days. |
